Return Policies

1. Once your parcel has arrived, you should open and examine it to make sure that the items meet your order. If you wish to return an item, inform us as soon as possible, and avoid removing the tags, altering, or washing the item or its packaging.

2. In order to simplify and speed up the process of delivering products for customers, Dawn & Wil does not provide exchange service, we only accept return of items within period of 10 working days. We do not accept any returns after 10 working days upon items delivered. 

3. Any items not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any items that are returned after 10 working days, will not be returned or refunded.

4. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume), with the hang tag attached.

5. If you need a different size for the same item, you may have to place a new order.

6. We only accept returns for:

  • Incorrect item
  • Defective item
  • Inexact size
*Proof of defects must be verified by Dawn & Wil to be eligible.

7. Pins, loose stitches, untrimmed thread ends, sew buttonhole, loose buckles, small stains (buttons, pendants, tailoring marks are not considered as stains) are not included.

8. Free size items are non refundable.

9. Promotional items above 50% are non refundable.

10. Gifts are non refundable.

11. Fashion accessories like earrings, necklace, and rings are non refundable & non returnable for hygiene purposes. 

12. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item, if it is a non-defective return.

13.  Dawn & Wil will be responsible only for the shipping cost of defective/ incorrect items being returned.

14. Kindly note that any shipping costs involved for return parcels are non refundable, only full purchase price of returned items will be refunded to you.

15.  Return must be done within 10 working days (MALAYSIA) / 20 working days (INTERNATIONAL) upon item received.

16. We cannot cancel your order when it is already paid.

17. We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all the mentioned conditions.

18. To avoid any future disputes, please make sure you check the items you would like to return thoroughly BEFORE shipping out.

19. Drop us an email at admin@dawn-wil.com according to the steps below before returning your parcels so that we will able to track your returning parcels to arrange for any necessary processing.

20. Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned items.

21. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

22. Refunds will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned items. The refund payment will be released back to the original card you used to make payment. This process will take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank.

 

Special Note:

1. There might be some special cases that approved by Dawn & Wil team for exchange. However, exchange is allowed for only one time per order number.

2. The decision of allowable exchange will be finalised by Dawn & Wil, without any appeal may be taken.

3. Processing of exchange parcels take up to 15 working days from the date of receiving. It may takes up to 20 working days during high volume periods.

3. Dawn & Wil is not held responsible for any lost exchange parcel.

4. Any specific details will be informed by our team to your understanding.

 

How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & defective Items ? 
Follow step by step

  1. Sample of template email for RETURN 
    Email subject : RETURN FORM

  2. ORDER NUMBER : 
    TRACKING NUMBER : (Kindly provide tracking number of the return parcel)
    PRODUCT(s) NAME :
    REASONS : example (Item does not fit / Defective Items- attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received)

  3. Fill it up and email to admin@dawn-wil.com .

  4. We will provide you with the address for parcels returning after verification on the details of email has been done.
