Shipping Policies
Backorder
1. We will process your order within 24 hours and post out in the next 1 - 2 working days, except items under BACKORDER.
2. You may refer to the estimated time of shipping in every product details.
3. If you have purchase a backorder item along with an in-stock item(s), we will hold and deliver your backorder item together with in-stock item(s).
4. As all our backorder piece are limited, we will take all reasonable effort to ensure our backorders arrive earlier or on time.
5. We will update the status of backorder at our official website (www.dawn-wil.com), Instagram (dawnxwil), and Facebook (DAWN & WIL), from time to time.
Shipping
1. An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
2. Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and local public holidays.
3. A parcel will be deemed delivered to you, a designated location, delivery point or representative of the client, including a member of the family, or any other person or authority entitled to receive the respective parcel. We use third-party couriers to deliver orders, therefore we are not responsible for any third party acts or omissions including lost or delayed orders.
4. Please ensure your details (name/ address/ contact) are correct before checking out. Dawn & Wil is not held responsible for any lost parcels results by wrong address given by buyers.
5. Dawn & Wil is no longer liable when the tracking status shows "DELIVERED" although buyer states that it was not received.
6. Free shipping will be announced by us on Dawn & Wil official website. Or else, kindly refer below for your orders' shipping fees.
7. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
8. Remember to key in any discount codes available to redeem it.

International Delivery
For international delivery, shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on your shipping country. Below are the rates for your reference.

We do not ship to any other countries other than countries listed above.
The rates shown do not include customs fee, clearance fee or duty tax & etc which may be imposed by destination customs.
Recipient of order are required to pay if there's any extra charges once shipment has arrived at destination.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be.
Please note that all international delivery times are subjected to customs clearance.
